Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Louis Roederer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aldo Raine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raine has chosen Slaughter - Billy Preston as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Louis Roederer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Aldo Raine! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roederer shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Raine eats them both and turns towards Roederer to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Aldo Raine has been cut. Roederer throws a solid leg kick but Raine takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Roederer. Raine throws a leg kick and Roederer counters with a nice uppercut. A swing and a miss from Roederer. Roederer misses with a lunging right hand
and Raine counters with a slapping leg kick. Roederer misses with a right hand and Raine counters with an outside leg kick.
Roederer falls off balance throwing a combination
and Raine counters with a stiff right hand. Roederer throws a right and a left that Raine avoids nicely. Roederer lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Good exchange - Roederer coming out on top. Good leg kick by Raine there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Roederer throws out a loose jab but Raine uses good head movement to avoid it. Roederer with a body punch. A glancing blow. Raine slips a straight right by Roederer. Raine dodges the punch combination from Roederer.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roederer throws a hook to the side of Raine's head but Raine sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Roederer misses with a double jab
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Raine takes the fight into the clinch. Raine is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Roederer wants to break free but Raine has control.
Raine cracks Roederer with a nice body shot. Roederer has had enough of the clinch but Raine keeps him there for the moment. Raine is pushing Roederer up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Raine putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Roederer in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Raine has Roederer pushed against the cage. Roederer is trying to force a seperation but Raine has the dominant position. Raine scores with a nice hook to the head. A quick uppercut on the inside from Raine. Raine landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Raine is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Roederer blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Raine scores a nice knee to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Roederer looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Raine using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Roederer has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Raine lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Raine misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Roederer is trying to push Raine away but Raine has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. A short right hand to the side of the head by Raine. Raine stalling the fight.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Roederer tries to break the clinch but Raine is controlling the position. Raine lands a body punch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Aldo Raine will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Aldo Raine's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Roederer is trying to break the clinch but Raine has him pressed against the cage. The referee is keeping an eye on Raine - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Aldo Raine. Nice shot lands for Roederer. Roederer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nice body punch from Raine. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Aldo Raine showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Raine in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. Raine with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Louis Roederer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Roederer has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Raine. Raine throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Roederer chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Raine can pounce on him.

That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Roederer walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Raine throws a good cross that connects.

and Raine counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Raine. Raine lands a good knee to the midsection. Roederer won't want to take too many of those. Roederer wants to break the clinch but can't.

Roederer blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Roederer breaks from the clinch.

And that's the end of the fight! Aldo Raine comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Raine has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
