Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenny Florian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Florian has chosen Avenged Sevenfold - Walk as his entrance music. Jackson Couture looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Florian shoots and misses
and Couture connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Couture looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Couture gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Florian thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Couture keeping full guard, as Florian tries to pass.
Florian's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Couture keeping moving, preventing Florian from controlling successfully.
Florian pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Couture is keeping the position for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Couture being controlled here, momentarily.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Kenny Florian has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Couture tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Florian counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Florian controls from within his opponent's guard.
Florian drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Florian jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Florian thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Florian slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Florian pushing down on Couture's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Florian wants to take a breather but Couture is having none of it.
Florian keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Florian maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Couture could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Florian has cracked it and Couture is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Florian!
