Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Travis Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Justine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ron Justine will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Travis Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ron Justine! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson throws a combination that misses enabling Justine to counter with a crisp jab. Justine misses with a body kick. Johnson misses with a takedown attempt and Justine counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Johnson doesn't succeed with the takedown and Justine counters with a nice body shot. Justine changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Johnson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Johnson pushes Justine away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Justine gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Johnson tries to contro but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Justine lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Justine prevents Johnson from getting the reversal. Justine get's back to his feet. Justine dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Johnson is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Justine closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Johnson did well to prevent Justine getting side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Justine tries to pass to full mount but Johnson defends it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson is trying to get back to full guard. Justine keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Johnson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. It looks like Justine might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Ground and pound from Justine. Justine slows the pace down in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Ron Justine wasn't active enough on the ground. Justine clinches with his opponent.
Justine displaying some good clinch control by pressing Johnson up against the cage. Justine pulls Johnson into guard.
Justine has his feet on Johnson's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Justine throws a solid leg kick but Johnson takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Justine. The fight stays on the outside here - Justine looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Justine scores with a body shot.
Justine is trying hard to land a takedown here. Johnson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Justine changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Johnson tries to avoid it but Justine manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Johnson to the ground. Johnson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Justine looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Justine controlling from the top position. Justine preventing the sweep. Justine sitting in guard here, content to control. Justine tries to stand but Johnson is controlling from the bottom. Justine engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Ron Justine. Justine drives through with a takedown into guard. Justine stays in close to Johnson's body and controls the position. Let's hope that Justine has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Johnson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Justine drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Justine jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Justine gets to his feet - Johnson follows without any prompting. Justine looking for a takedown here - he's got it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Johnson checks a leg kick. Johnson takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Justine shoots for a takedown but Johnson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Justine gets caught flat footed, as Johnson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Justine is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Johnson is controlling him. Justine working for a triangle but Johnson defends it easily.
Justine manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Johnson manages to get himself to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Justine trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Justine gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Justine looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Johnson is fending him off so far but Justine persists. Nope, Johnson circles away and we're back to standing. Justine fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Travis Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ron Justine. Justine scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Travis Johnson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Justine looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Justine gets the takedown into side control. Justine looks up at the clock and then as Johnson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Justine smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Justine remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Justine has knee on belly and moves into mount. Justine working Johnson over with strikes here. Justine controlling his opponent.

Justine looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Justine in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Johnson is tapping!
