Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Barbossa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Leshley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leshley comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Step into a World kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Anthony Barbossa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 8 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Bobby Leshley! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Leshley misses with an uppercut. Barbossa saw that one coming. A nice leg kick lands there from Leshley. Leshley rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Barbossa counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Leshley connects with a body shot that sends Barbossa's belly button to the back. Leshley getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Barbossa lands with a thumping leg kick.
A low kick from Barbossa misses and Leshley counters with a lovely shot to the body. Leshley looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Leshley tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Barbossa was well out of range. Poor timing from Leshley. A bone on bone clash there as Barbossa blocks the leg kick.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Barbossa fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Barbossa tries to break the clinch but Leshley is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Leshley tries to throw a body punch but Barbossa avoids it by throwing Leshley back against the cage. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Leshley wants the takedown. Barbossa is fighting it off but Leshley persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Barbossa's guard against the cage. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Barbossa looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Leshley stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Barbossa has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Leshley manages to get his head free but now Barbossa has transitioned to an armbar! Leshley grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Barbossa! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Anthony Barbossa!
