Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stan Gage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and El Loco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stan Gage! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, El Loco! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Loco misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gage shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Loco is trying to defend but Gage finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Loco is trying to stand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gage wants to control but Loco is keeping him busy. Loco tries to kick Gage off but Gage keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Gage is pressing down on Loco's thigh, looking to free his foot. Loco is holding on for now. Loco is looking to escape. Gage is keen to just control but Loco is a slippery customer. Gage stops Loco from getting back to his feet.
Loco really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gage. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Gage trying to control the action but Loco is working from the bottom. Gage is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Loco defends it well. Gage wants to pass the guard but Loco is defending well.

Gage is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Loco is just riding it out for now. Gage eventually gives up the hold. Gage throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Gage is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Gage is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Loco sees it coming and defends easily. Loco looks like he's trying to stand up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gage is working for a kimura but Loco is defending it quite comfortably.
Gage is trying to control the action in half guard but Loco is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Loco is trying to stand up here but Gage is controlling him well. Gage wants to lay and pray for a moment but Loco keeps working. Gage is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Loco is just riding it out for now. Gage trying to control the action but Loco is working from the bottom. Loco manages to escape and get back to his feet! Loco decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Loco tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Loco seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stan Gage dominated that round. That's time! Gage's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Gage with a poor takedown and Loco counters with a takedown into side control. Loco decides to stand up, so the ref orders Gage to his feet. Loco shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Gage regains full guard. Nicely done. Gage looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Loco must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Loco wanted to stand there but Gage had control of the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Gage is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Loco would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Gage is working an open guard so Loco takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Gage walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Gage shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Gage gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Loco to score an easy takedown into full guard. Loco tries to stand but Gage is controlling from the bottom. Loco decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Gage, up you get! Loco scores with a shot to the body.
Gage looks for a takedown but Loco sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stan Gage. That's going to take a lot out of him. Loco cracks Gage with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Loco lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Gage walks into a stiff left hand from Loco. Loco's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Loco duly obliges. Loco lands an overhand right. Loco shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Gage is trying to defend but Loco finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. El Loco has got the better of the ground game so far. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Loco wants to stand up but Gage has a hold of him and won't allow it. Gage looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Loco stands up out of the half guard. Loco tries to clinch but Gage moves out of range. Loco closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Loco engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
OK we're going to have a standup here. El Loco hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Loco shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Loco showed some decent athleticism there. Gage trying to control but Loco postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Loco sitting and controlling from the half guard. Loco's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

El Loco showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Gage tries to score a power double leg takedown but Loco sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gage somewhat. Loco slaps away a takedown attempt from Gage, before circling back to the center of the mat. Gage shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stan Gage. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice uppercut lands for Loco. That snapped Gage's head back.
Gage takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Loco has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Gage walks into a straight right hand from Loco. Gage throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Loco slaps away a takedown attempt from Gage, before circling back to the center of the mat. Loco closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Loco wants to stand up but Gage is controlling the position.

Gage didn't see that one coming. Loco shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Gage manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Loco controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Gage will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Loco has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gage is proving hard to escape from. Gage looking for a guillotine here but Loco defends easily.
Gage thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Loco would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Loco preventing the sweep. Loco stands up and waves to Gage to follow him. Gage gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Loco to score an easy takedown into full guard. Gage escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Loco gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Gage has a closed guard, preventing Loco from standing up. Gage keeping moving, preventing Loco from controlling successfully.

Loco wants to pass the guard but Gage is keeping the position. Loco avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

He's managed to get a loose triangle. Loco doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Loco manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Loco trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Loco stopping the sweep attempt from Gage. Loco stays in close to Gage's body and controls the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. El Loco was stalling too much, according to the referee. Gage takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Loco gets the takedown into side control. Loco decides to stand up, so the ref orders Gage to his feet. Loco scores with a jab. Loco scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Loco wants to stand but Gage has his arm trapped.
And that's the end of the fight! El Loco comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Loco has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
