Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rajesh Koothrappali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Darrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Koothrappali comes into the arena with Nickelback - Rockstar blaring out of the sound system. Darrell has chosen Bridge Burning as his entrance music. William Darrell is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koothrappali is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Darrell.
Darrell looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
William Darrell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Darrell takes a swing at Koothrappali's ribcage but misses.
Koothrappali moves out of range as Darrell throws a body kick.

Darrell throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Koothrappali's waist but Koothrappali gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Darrell off to one side.
Rajesh Koothrappali has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of William Darrell.

Koothrappali has Darrell pressed against the cage, preventing Darrell from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Koothrappali lands a right hand that snaps the head of Darrell backwards.
Koothrappali gets underhooks to prevent Darrell's takedown attempt.
Koothrappali is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Darrell's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Darrell misses with a body punch.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Darrell tries to break the clinch but Koothrappali is controlling the position.
Darrell has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Koothrappali regains guard immediately.
Darrell looks gassed!
Darrell controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

William Darrell is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Darrell throws a head kick that misses.

and Koothrappali cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Darrell shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

and Koothrappali counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Darrell closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

and Koothrappali connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Darrell is breathing heavily.
Koothrappali tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Koothrappali leaves Darrell with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Darrell swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Koothrappali counters with a straight right hand.
The cut above William Darrell's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Koothrappali connects with a looping right hand.
Darrell misses with a double jab
and Koothrappali cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
William Darrell's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Koothrappali throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Koothrappali lands with a right hand.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at William Darrell's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
