Spurlock stuffs the takedown.
Spurlock fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Poll has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Spurlock.
Spurlock tries to close the distance and clinch but Poll swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Spurlock feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Poll's calf.
Spurlock lands a leg kick that knocks Poll off balance momentarily.

Poll closes the distance and clinches up with Spurlock, looking for a takedown. Poll pushes Spurlock against the cage but Spurlock circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Poll drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Poll jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Spurlock knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Poll on the ground.

Poll drops back looking for a leg! Spurlock is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Spurlock manages to kick Poll off! Poll jumps back into Spurlock's guard.
Poll passes Spurlock's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Poll frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Poll has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Poll is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Poll extends the arm and Spurlock is forced to tap!
