Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Peter Piper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bocks Rguy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Piper! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bocks Rguy! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rguy will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Rguy misses with a leg kick and Piper counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Piper trying to control but Rguy is working from the bottom. Rguy trying to control the position.
Rguy tries to land a sweep but no joy. Rguy controlling the position. Piper controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Bocks Rguy. Rguy throws a low kick but it's checked well by Piper. The fighters circling - Rguy throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Rguy walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Piper checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Piper checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Good work by Piper as he checks the leg kick. Rguy throws a leg kick and Piper counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Rguy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Piper. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Rguy has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Piper is working away from the top position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Piper wants to pass to mount but Rguy is defending the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Piper is looking to take a break and control but Rguy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Piper moves into full mount! Rguy won't be happy about that! Rguy is looking to improve his position but Piper isn't that keen on the idea. Rguy defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Piper. Piper trying to control but Rguy is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Piper in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Rguy regains half guard. Piper trying to pass the guard but Rguy defending well. Piper is working for a kimura but Rguy is defending it quite comfortably.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Piper thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Rguy is trying to control but Piper passes into side control!
Piper moves into full mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Piper throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Piper goes for an armbar but Rguy turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Rguy. Rguy trying to stand up but can't free himself from Piper's guard. Rguy must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Piper trying to keep a closed guard but Rguy is proving a slippery customer.
Rguy tries to stand but Piper is controlling from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Piper is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Rguy gets to his feet - Piper follows without any prompting. Rguy uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Piper. Piper checks a leg kick. Piper throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rguy was covering up waiting for the punch and Piper finishes the takedown easily into guard. Piper postures up.
Piper passes Rguy's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Piper controlling the action here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Piper dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Rguy smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Piper throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Rguy counters with a nice body shot. Rguy moves away from the strike by Piper. Bocks Rguy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rguy misses with a low kick.
Piper throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rguy sees it coming and avoids it easily. Rguy throws a low kick but it's checked well by Piper. Rguy throws a big shot that misses. Rguy wants to land a leg kick but Piper is out of range. Rguy tries to land a leg kick but Piper saw it coming and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rguy tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Piper is able to avoid easily. Rguy feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pipers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Piper shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Rguy counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Piper wants to clinch. Bocks Rguy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Rguy scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Piper pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Rguy attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Piper checks a leg kick. No joy there for Piper, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rguy throws a leg kick and Piper counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Rguy finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Piper slips a jab and a cross from Rguy.
Rguy throws a looping overhand right but Piper ducks down to avoid it. Rguy lands with a nice combination. Piper backs away looking to recover. Rguy ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Rguy tries to score with a low kick but Piper moves his leg out of the way. Piper scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Piper lands a nice short elbow. Rguy trying to control here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rguy gets back to full guard.
Rguy tries to land a sweep but no joy. Piper trying to control the position from guard on top but Rguy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Rguy looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Piper puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Piper wants to pass the guard but Rguy is defending well. Piper is looking to take a break and control but Rguy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rguy wants to improve his position but Piper is controlling well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Piper is working for a kimura but Rguy is defending it quite comfortably.
Piper seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Rguy does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Rguy moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Piper trying to control but Rguy is working from the bottom. Piper postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Rguy trying to control the position.
Piper working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Rguy's head. Peter Piper overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rguy can't keep his opponent in guard - Piper advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Rguy is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Piper uses his free foot to push down on Rguy's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Rguy. Piper tries to control but Rguy wriggling away. Rguy tries to get back to half guard but can't. Piper pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
It looks like Bocks Rguy has been cut. Rguy looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Rguy is breathing heavily. Rguy turns into Piper and is now in his guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Piper dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Bocks Rguy's cut. That's time! Piper's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Rguy misses with a leg kick and Piper counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Piper with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Piper wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rguy keeps working. Piper passes to full mount! Piper looking to control but Rguy is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Piper is really struggling to control Rguy but he's trying to hold on to the position. Rguy is looking to get to half guard. Piper wants to control the pace but Rguy is squirming around nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Piper landing strikes from the mount. Piper cracks Rguy with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Piper wants to finish this one by submission but Rguy is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Piper. Rguy is looking to improve his position but Piper isn't that keen on the idea. Piper punishing his opponent with strikes. Piper looking to control but Rguy is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Rguy has given up his back here. Will Piper look for the submission or keep pounding away?
Good control from Piper. You can see the frustration on Rguy's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Piper throwing wild punches that miss their target. I really don't envy Rguy right now.
Rguy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. A lull in the action here.
Piper thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent. Piper struggling to land strikes to the head as Rguy covers up. Piper scores with punches and elbows. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Piper's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Piper misses with a punch to the head. Piper not allowing Rguy to control his hands.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Piper is looking to control Rguy but Rguy is wriggling around and keeping busy. Piper tightening his grip on Rguy, looking for the choke. Rguy rolls, trying to escape but Piper keeps control of the position.
Piper trying to control. Rguy looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. I would not like to be Rguy right now.
Piper missing with strikes. Piper trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Rguy doesn't escape. Piper has one arm under Rguy 's neck. Rguy is controlling the other arm well. He's just looking to survive right now. Piper manages to get his arm free though and Rguy is in a world of trouble! Piper sinks in the hooks and squeezes! Rguy turns purple and then goes limp. The referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Peter Piper!
