Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roberto Nascimento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Sheffield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nascimento comes to the ring accompanied by Rap das Armas. Sheffield has chosen New Model Army - Vagabonds as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheffield swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Nascimento counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Sheffield circles away from the clinch attempt
and Sheffield counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Sheffield throws a head kick that misses
and Nascimento counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sheffield won't be happy with that.
Sheffield is not content to let Nascimento control the position.
Sheffield is trying to control Nascimento's posture but Nascimento avoids it.
Sheffield wants to get back to his feet but Nascimento drags him back down.
Nascimento has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Nascimento throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Sheffield because Nascimento loaded up on that one.

Nascimento looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Nascimento lands a big shot there that rocks Sheffield but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Sheffield bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Nascimento is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Nascimento is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Sheffield looking to sit in guard and control but Nascimento gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Nascimento won't allow Sheffield to get back to his feet.
Nascimento wants to control from the top but Sheffield keeps moving.

Nascimento is looking to take a break and control but Sheffield is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Nascimento throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Sheffield pushes Nascimento off looking to stand but Nascimento dives back in and keeps control.
Nascimento seems to be looking for submissions.
Nascimento looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
