Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Toby Boi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viceroid Viceronte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Boi might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "Stricken" by Disturbed. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Damien Edna and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boi lands with a nice body kick.
Viceronte tries to clinch up.
Viceronte is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Boi rushes Viceronte and presses him up against the cage.
Boi keeps control of Viceronte as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Viceronte tries to score a body lock takedown but Boi shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Viceronte wants to stand but Boi is controlling the position.
Boi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Viceronte on the ground.
Boi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Viceronte swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boi sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Viceronte's guard.
Viceronte pushes Boi off looking to stand but Boi dives back in and keeps control.

Boi is looking to advance position but Viceronte won't allow it.

Boi decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Boi scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Boi counters with a shoot takedown. Viceronte fights it but they end up in guard.
Viceronte throws some shots to the body, keeping his opponent honest.

Boi postures up and lands a big shot to Viceronte's brow.
Boi distracts Viceronte with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Viceronte wants to stand up but Boi is controlling him.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Boi's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Viceronte wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Boi manages to pass to side control.
Boi postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Viceronte to stand up.

Viceronte tries to clinch up but Boi circles away and keeps his distance.
Boi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Viceronte moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Boi.

and Boi decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Viceronte's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Boi has control of Viceronte's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Viceronte regains control of the situation pretty easily.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Boi lands a big shot there that rocks Viceronte but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Viceronte is on top in guard.
Toby Boi overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
