The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer throws a head kick that misses.
Hammer shoots in looking for a takedown but Hagen manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hammer's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Hammer tries to clinch up
and Hagen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Uberrrreeeeem Hammer has been cut.
Hagen dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Hammer moves to clinch but Hagen breaks away
and Hagen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hammer swings widly with a right hand
enabling Hagen to counter with a crisp jab.
Hammer wants to clinch
and Hagen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hammer throws a left and a right that both miss
and Hagen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hammer misses with a hook
and Hagen counters with a stiff right hand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hammer darts in trying to clinch
and Hagen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Hammer pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hagen connects with a nice looking jab.
Hagen blocks a head kick by Hammer.
Hammer misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hagen avoids the head kick by Hammer.
Hammer is breathing heavily.
Hammer walks into a left hand.

Hagen blocks a head kick by Hammer.
Hagen is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Hammer had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Hammer shoots and misses
and Hagen counters with a crisp right hand that drops Hammer! Hagen lets Hammer back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Hammer is rocked!
