Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Knight Hawk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ante Gotovina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Knight Hawk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ante Gotovina!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hawk drives through and clinches with Gotovina against the cage.
Gotovina looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

It looks like Knight Hawk has been cut.
Hawk tries to pull guard but Gotovina won't allow it.

Gotovina clinches with his opponent.
Hawk jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gotovina walks away with a smile on his face. Hawk gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Hawk lands a head kick. Gotovina smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Gotovina is looking to clinch but Hawk is avoiding it.

Hawk moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Hawk lands a nice looking body kick.
Ante Gotovina seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hawk lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Gotovina slaps away a takedown attempt from Hawk, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hawk changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gotovina tries to avoid it but Hawk manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gotovina to the ground. Gotovina escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
