Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Michael Hall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Danzig Daniels! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Daniels falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hall counters with a thumping low kick. Daniels takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Hall moves into the clinch. Daniels wants to break the clinch but can't.
Daniels is trying to break the clinch but Hall is controlling him. Hall lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Daniels or not. Daniels blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Daniels breaks from the clinch.
Daniels moves out of range of the body kick. Danzig Daniels seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hall drives through and clinches with Daniels against the cage.
Hall lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Hall putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Daniels in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Hall lands a nice uppercut. A short uppercut from Hall. Hall lands a right hand. Daniels working hard to break the clinch. Hall using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Daniels has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Hall keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Daniels's efforts to push away. A frustrated look appears on Daniels's face as he tries to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hall lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Daniels has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Hall lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Daniels backwards. Hall pushes Daniels back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Daniels looks gassed! Daniels wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hall has him pressed against the cage. Hall lands a left hand.
Daniels is rocked! Hall throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Danielss head. Daniels is still on wobbly legs! Can Hall finish him? Hall with an attempt at a knee that misses.
A short uppercut from Hall. Hall working aggressively here.
Hall misses with a knee to the head. Daniels has had enough of the clinch but Hall keeps him there for the moment. Hall working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Hall pushes Daniels against the cage. Hall is working some dirty boxing. Hall pushes off with a quick right hook! Daniels goes down! Daniels tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Hall moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
