Reagan's entrance music is Tribute to Ronald Reagan . A fine choice. Roastbeef has chosen Jump into the fire as his entrance music. Ronald Reagan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reagan swings for the body but Roastbeef moves out of range.

Reagan lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Roastbeef!

Roastbeef is squirming around, avoiding Reagan's attempts to control the action.

Roastbeef wants to hold on but Reagan pushes him away.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Roastbeef is trying desperately to improve position.
Reagan manages to capitalize on a mistake by Roastbeef to take his back!

Roastbeef escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Reagan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Roastbeef is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Roastbeef pulls Reagan in to control the position.

We're going to have a standup here because Ronald Reagan wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Reagan swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Ronald Reagan will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Reagan moves out of range of the body kick from Roastbeef.
Reagan throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Roastbeef on the side of the head.
Roastbeef takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Reagan catches Roastbeef with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Roastbeef wants to pass to mount but Reagan is defending the position.
Reagan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Reagan tries to get out of the position.
Roastbeef lands strikes from half guard.
Roastbeef uses his free foot to push down on Reagan's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Reagan.
Reagan in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Roastbeef throws some wild stikes that Reagan manages to avoid easily.
Roastbeef punching from mount but Reagan doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Roastbeef has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Roastbeef is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Reagan can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
