Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zell Dincht (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dincht comes to the ring accompanied by Fanfare. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zell Dincht!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Travis Riley!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dincht rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Riley counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A big right from Riley misses.
Riley throws a leg kick that is checked
and Dincht counters with a one-two to the body.

Riley gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Dincht breaks the clinch.
Riley misses with an uppercut
and Dincht counters with a nice body shot.
Dincht throws the left hand but Riley avoids the punch easily.
Riley swings for the body but Dincht moves out of range.
Zell Dincht seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Riley throws a body punch but Dincht moves out of range.
Riley misses with a low kick.
Riley closes the distance and clinches up with Dincht, looking for a takedown. Riley pushes Dincht against the ropes but Dincht circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Dincht counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Dincht with a lazy takedown attempt
and Dincht takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Riley throws a left and a right that both miss
and Dincht counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Dincht throws a lazy uppercut
and Riley counters with a straight right hand.
The fighters circle momentarily. Riley darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
A low kick from Dincht misses
and Riley counters with a nice uppercut.
Riley on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Dincht has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Dincht there as he acknowledges the shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Riley throws a lazy uppercut
and Dincht counters with a nice low kick that buckles Riley's knee momentarily.
Riley misses with a lunging right hand
and Dincht counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Dincht bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Riley's head.

Dincht slips under a jab.
Dincht ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A low kick from Dincht is predictable there
and Riley counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Riley tries to clinch up

and Dincht counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Dincht wants to free his trapped foot but Riley is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Dincht content to control rather than advance.
Dincht passes the guard and advances to mount!

Dincht controlling his opponent.
Riley is squirming around, avoiding Dincht's attempts to control the action.
Dincht tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Riley tries to hold on but Dincht postures up.

Dincht is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Riley has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Riley!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Riley working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Riley throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Riley drops back, looking for a kneebar! Dincht looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Dincht looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Dincht!
Riley is not content to let Dincht control the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Zell Dincht dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Dincht punishes Riley's body with a nice straight punch.
Dincht throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Riley counters with a takedown into side control.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Dincht is looking for a sweep.
Dincht is trying to control Riley's posture but Riley avoids it.
Dincht parries the strikes from Riley easily there. Riley is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Dincht to escape.

Riley looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Dincht is looking to reverse the position.
Riley trying to control the position but Dincht is working away.

Dincht can't do much from the bottom here.
Dincht sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Riley not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Dincht has his hands clasped together around Riley's back. He's all about the action.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Riley lands a nice short elbow.
Nice strikes from Riley there.
Riley wants to advance to full mount but Dincht doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Riley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dincht swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Riley slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Dincht is not content to let Riley control the position.
Riley prevents Dincht from escaping the position.
Riley misses with the ground and pound.
You can see the frustration on Dincht's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Sloppy strikes there by Riley.
Dincht tries to bench press Riley off him but Riley keeps the position.

Riley is keen to just control but Dincht is a slippery customer.

Riley thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Dincht is trying to control but can't.
Riley throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Riley scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Dincht regains full guard. Nicely done.
Dincht looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Riley postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Riley throws a strike but Dincht rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Riley is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Travis Riley has got the better of the ground game so far.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Riley keeping moving, preventing Dincht from controlling successfully.
Riley is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Travis Riley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Dincht throws a series of punches but Riley avoids them all with ease.
Dincht lands a body shot.
Dincht throws a front kick aimed at Riley's knee but Riley avoids it well.
Nice takedown defense from Riley. No joy for Dincht on that attempt.
Dincht stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Riley.

enabling Riley to counter with a crisp jab.

and Dincht counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Dincht misses with a hook to the body
and Riley counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

and Dincht counters with a nice uppercut.
Dincht shoots in for a takedown but Riley shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Riley avoids a punch combination nicely.
Riley lands with a big right hook that stumbles Dincht - he's out on his feet here! Riley follows up with another monster hook that separates Dincht from consciousness! Dincht falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Riley stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Travis Riley!
