Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Poop Shoot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark LeBlanc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark LeBlanc! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! LeBlanc gets a takedown into half guard. Shoot wants to get back to his feet. LeBlanc really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Shoot. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. LeBlanc trying to control the pace. Shoot is trying to stand back up but LeBlanc is controlling him
LeBlanc lands strikes from half guard. Shoot pushes LeBlanc off looking to stand but LeBlanc dives back in and keeps control.
Well, if LeBlanc is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

LeBlanc content to control rather than advance. LeBlanc is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Shoot is just riding it out for now. LeBlanc eventually gives up the hold.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. LeBlanc works his foot free and advances to mount. LeBlanc controlling from the full mount. Shoot squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. LeBlanc working for a guillotine from mount but Shoot is in no mood to give up. LeBlanc looking to control and managing it successfully. LeBlanc with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.

That's four minutes gone in the round. LeBlanc is landing with some decent strikes but Shoot is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Shoot is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
LeBlanc controlling the position easily from mount. It looks like LeBlanc might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. LeBlanc has control of Shoot's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Shoot regains control of the situation pretty easily.

LeBlanc wants the takedown. Shoot is fighting it off but LeBlanc persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Shoot's guard against the cage. LeBlanc stops Shoot from standing up. LeBlanc drops back looking for a leg! Shoot is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Shoot manages to kick LeBlanc off! LeBlanc jumps back into Shoot's guard. LeBlanc content to stall in guard here. Let's hope that LeBlanc has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. LeBlanc is standing up over Shoot. Shoot looks to escape but LeBlanc dives into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. A lull in the action here. LeBlanc's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Shoot is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Mark LeBlanc hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Shoot gets caught flat footed, as LeBlanc shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. LeBlanc stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Shoot swivels though and keeps the full guard. LeBlanc gets to his feet. Shoot looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Shoot throws a head kick that misses and LeBlanc counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Shoot! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. LeBlanc controlling from mount. Shoot is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. LeBlanc looking for a guillotine from mount but Shoot is having none of it. Shoot takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. LeBlanc landing punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. LeBlanc content just to control the position here. Shoot wants to try and get back to his feet. LeBlanc takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. LeBlanc won't let Shoot get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. LeBlanc tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Shoot wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. LeBlanc unloading with bombs! LeBlanc controlling from mount. Shoot trying desperately to get to his feet.
LeBlanc is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Shoot can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Shoot is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Mark LeBlanc showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

and LeBlanc counters with a nice double leg into half guard. LeBlanc seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. LeBlanc lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Mark LeBlanc has got the better of the ground game so far. LeBlanc is controlling the pace.
LeBlanc has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Shoot is looking to escape. Both fighters are breathing heavily. LeBlanc tries to pass to full mount but Shoot defends it. LeBlanc passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Shoot!

LeBlanc tries to move to mount but Shoot blocks the move with his legs. Shoot is trying to buck LeBlanc off. LeBlanc remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. LeBlanc lands a nice forearm strike. Shoot is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but LeBlanc has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. LeBlanc landing strikes. LeBlanc decides to stand back up. LeBlanc clinches. LeBlanc manages to pull guard.
LeBlanc scores with a nice shot. Shoot got a little sloppy there for a moment and LeBlanc has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Shoot has managed to get both his arms back between LeBlanc's legs - danger averted. Shoot throws a big right hand that misses. Shoot postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. LeBlanc is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. LeBlanc preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. LeBlanc has Shoot pulled in close to control his posture.

Shoot throws a lazy head kick and LeBlanc counters with a nice double leg into side control. Shoot won't be happy with that. Shoot is trying to get back to his feet. LeBlanc moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Shoot stops LeBlanc from passing to mount. Shoot bucks up and tries to throw LeBlanc off but instead LeBlanc has got his back! LeBlanc looking for the choke but no joy. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Shoot wants to get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Mark LeBlanc comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well LeBlanc has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
