Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Josh Vendo!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Viper lands a nice shot to the body.
Vendo shoots in for a takedown but Viper shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Viper connects with a body shot that sends Vendo's belly button to the back.
Viper connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Vendo momentarily.
Viper tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Vendo decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Viper's guard.
Viper has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Vendo has passed into side control.
Vendo has an Americana. Viper didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Vendo is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Vendo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
