Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Abbath Occulta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and chad prevost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Occulta comes to the cage accompanied by Immortal - At the Heart of Winter. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
prevost throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
prevost throws a front kick aimed at Occulta's knee but Occulta avoids it well.
Occulta shoots in looking for a takedown. prevost tries to sprawl out of it but Occulta keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. prevost manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
prevost swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Occulta dodges the punch combination from prevost.
prevost throws a series of strikes that have Occulta backpedaling.
Occulta changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. prevost tries to avoid it but Occulta manages to keep hold of a leg and drag prevost to the ground. prevost escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
prevost misses with a kick to the body.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by prevost!

Occulta is rocked!
Occulta fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Oh Occulta is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Abbath Occulta. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Occulta shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with prevost but prevost pushes him off and we're back to square one.
prevost throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Occulta crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
