Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson misses with an attempted mid kick.
Murphy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Peterson as he avoids it easily.
Peterson dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Murphy. That did some damage!

Murphy shoots in for a takedown but Peterson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Peterson throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Murphy stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Peterson follows into mount!
It looks like Nobu Murphy has been cut.
Peterson lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Peterson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Murphy is looking to escape.
Peterson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Murphy's face.
Peterson lands a big shot there that rocks Murphy but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Peterson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Murphy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
