Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aoki with a lazy takedown attempt
and Folarin counters with a right hand to the body.
Folarin drives through with a takedown into Aoki's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Aoki takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Aoki stalling away here and it's allowed Folarin to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Aoki is working for an americana but Folarin has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Aoki was thinking about the submission.

Aoki has gone for a leg lock! Folarin slips out almost immediately though and dives into Aoki's guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Olubowale Folarin.
