Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kasim Gaziev! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Josh Beach! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beach shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Beach was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Beach controlling from mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Let's hope that Beach has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Josh Beach has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Gaziev with a lazy takedown attempt and Beach counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Gaziev! Beach controlling from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. It looks like Beach might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... That's three minutes gone in the round. Beach is working for a guillotine from mount but Gaziev frees his head quite easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh Beach dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Gaziev shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Beach moves into the clinch. A short right from Beach on the inside. Beach has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Gaziev regains guard immediately. Beach is looking to stand up but Gaziev won't let him. Gaziev being controlled here, momentarily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beach wants to stand and escape but instead Gaziev has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Beach wants to sweep here but Gaziev controlling him for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gaziev working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Gaziev drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gaziev jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Beach pushes Gaziev off and scrambles back to his feet.
Beach shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Beach takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Beach landing shots from mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Beach controlling his opponent. Beach punishing his opponent with strikes. Beach pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Beach sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Gaziev in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh Beach showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Gaziev's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Beach closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Beach is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Gaziev will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Beach decides to stand up, so the ref orders Gaziev to his feet. Gaziev throws a shot from downtown. Beach moves away and avoids it. Both fighters are breathing heavily. No luck for Beach with that takedown attempt. Beach shoots in and bounces Gaziev off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Beach looking to sit in guard and control but Gaziev gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gaziev is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Beach wants to sweep but no luck.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Gaziev decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Beach, up you get! Kasim Gaziev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gaziev with a lazy takedown attempt and Beach counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Gaziev's guard now. Gaziev being controlled here, momentarily. Beach lands a couple of digs. Beach stands and throws Gaziev's legs to the side, diving into side control. Beach stands up and we're back to a striking position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Beach feints and as Gaziev raises his hands in defense, Beach changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Josh Beach has got the better of the ground game so far. Beach controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Beach looking to pass the guard. Gaziev looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Beach stands up from Gaziev's guard - Beach perhaps looking for a knockout.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beach forces Gaziev back against the cage and clinches. Gaziev tries to break free but Beach pushes him back against the cage. Gaziev lands on the inside with an uppercut. Beach controlling the action here for a moment.

Kasim Gaziev has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Josh Beach is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Gaziev is trying to force a seperation but Beach has the dominant position.
And that's the end of the fight! Josh Beach comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Beach winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
