Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pavlik Mass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takashi Ishimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mass misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Mass tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ishimura paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Mass counters with a nice double leg into side control. Ishimura won't be happy with that.

Mass is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Ishimura is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ishimura lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mass has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mass and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Pavlik Mass.
