Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barry Carlson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carlson has chosen The Message as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Barry Carlson has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ryan Lesnar's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ryan Lesnar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Barry Carlson! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lesnar shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Carlson as he avoids it easily. Carlson scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Lesnar manages to work his way to half guard, despite Carlson's best efforts. Lesnar regains full guard. Nicely done. Lesnar looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Lesnar is looking for a triangle but Carlson pushes his legs off easily.
Carlson lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Carlson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Lesnar looking for a guillotine here but Carlson defends easily.
Carlson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lesnar is keeping the position for now. Lesnar is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lesnar had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Carlson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Lesnar Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Carlson's back instead. Lesnar is breathing heavily. Lesnar is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Lesnar doesn't have the hooks in and Carlson manages to turn into his guard.
Carlson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lesnar swivels though and keeps the full guard. Carlson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lesnar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Carlson gets to his feet. Lesnar looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Lesnar misses with a takedown and Carlson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Carlson gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Lesnar works his way to full guard. Good work. Lesnar will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Lesnar is looking for a triangle but Carlson pushes his legs off easily.
Lesnar is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Carlson rolls with it to try and escape but Lesnar cranks on the arm and Carlson is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
