Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brad Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Mylly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan comes to the cage accompanied by Freestyler. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Brad Ryan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Matt Mylly! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ryan shoots and misses and Mylly counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Ryan wants to clinch and Mylly counters with a two punch combo. Ryan with a lazy takedown attempt and Mylly counters with a two punch combo. Ryan ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Ryan drives through with a takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Ryan stops Mylly from standing up. Ryan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mylly swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ryan slips nicely into half guard. Mylly wants to improve his position but Ryan is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mylly is looking to control Ryan's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Mylly avoid being mounted?
That's one minute gone in the round. Ryan is looking to take a break and control but Mylly is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Ryan passes to side control. Mylly is trying to get back to half guard. Mylly sneaks back into half guard. Mylly makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Mylly. Ryan throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Ryan thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Ryan wants to control from the top but Mylly keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mylly manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Mylly breaks from Ryan's wrist control and lands an elbow. Ryan really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Mylly working away from the top, dropping strikes. Ryan taking shots to the head. Mylly lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Mylly controlling from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mylly trying to control but he's not successful this time. Mylly pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Mylly landing strikes from the mount. Ryan tries to lock up and control but Mylly gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Mylly takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Mylly is in the full mount, landing strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mylly lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Ryan manages to regain half guard. Good work. Mylly controlling the pace. Mylly lands strikes from half guard. Ryan is looking to improve his position.
Mylly really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ryan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ryan trying to control but Mylly postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mylly lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Mylly content to control rather than advance. Mylly not landing any meaningful shots this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Mylly dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Ryan with a poor takedown and Mylly counters with a right hand to the body. Ryan doesn't succeed with the takedown and Mylly counters with a right hand to the body. Ryan misses with a takedown attempt and Mylly counters with a left to the body. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brad Ryan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ryan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

and Mylly counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Ryan shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Mylly counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Mylly. Ryan looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Mylly stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ryan swivels though and keeps the full guard. Mylly throwing strikes but missing. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ryan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mylly defends well. Ryan has his foot on Mylly's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mylly works his way back into a safe position though. Mylly engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Mylly trying to control the position from guard on top but Ryan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mylly in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Mylly throwing strikes but missing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Mylly looking to pass the guard. Mylly keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Ryan's head. Ryan throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Ryan looking for a sweep. Not yet Ryan, not yet. Ryan is working hard here to advance position. Mylly throwing strikes but missing. Mylly wants to control from the top but Ryan keeps moving. Mylly missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ryan preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Mylly landing some decent shots from guard. Ryan is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Mylly keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Ryan's head. Mylly trying to control the position from guard on top but Ryan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mylly throwing strikes but missing. Ryan keeping moving, preventing Mylly from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Mylly landing some decent shots from guard. Ryan preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Mylly avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Mylly is in close to Ryan's body, working some short punches and elbows. Mylly must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Mylly throws and elbow that misses. Ryan uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Mylly's guard. Nice move by Ryan! Ryan passes into half guard. Mylly wants to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Mylly showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Ryan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mylly sprawls well. Mylly wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ryan gets slowly back to his feet. A leg kick checked by Mylly. Ryan throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mylly was covering up waiting for the punch and Ryan finishes the takedown easily into guard. Ryan wants to control from the top but Mylly keeps moving. Ryan preventing the sweep. Mylly is pulling down on Ryan's head. It's preventing any offense from Ryan, at least for the moment. Ryan preventing the sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mylly is on top in guard.
Ryan is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Ryan misses with a head shot. Mylly is squirming around, avoiding Ryan's attempts to control the action. Mylly reaches up and holds on to Ryan to control the position. Mylly defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Ryan. Mylly tries to hold on but Ryan postures up. Mylly is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Ryan is staying active.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Ryan thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Ryan is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Ryan!
