Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rafhael Angeles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Batang Tondo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Summer Carpenter and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angeles moves to clinch but Tondo breaks away
and Tondo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Tondo missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Batang Tondo hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Tondo is fighting off a takedown attempt but Angeles is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tondo to the mat. Tondo regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Angeles thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Angeles drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Angeles goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Tondo has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Angeles but great work by Tondo.

Angeles is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Tondo is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Tondo flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Angeles anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Tondo and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Angeles slips an arm under Tondo chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Angeles has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Angeles is squeezing on Tondo like an anaconda would it's prey. Tondo fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
