Stanislov comes to the cage accompanied by The Russian National Anthem. Currie has chosen Helmet - Just Another Victim as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stanislov avoids the body shot from Currie.
Stanislov throws a sloppy body shot
and Currie counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Stanislov thinking.
Stanislov on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Currie. Currie obviously looking to wear him down.
Currie cracks a nice hook into Stanislov's ribs.
Stanislov swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Currie pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stanislov misses with a body shot.
Currie scores with a hook.
Currie scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Stanislov drops his hands momentarily and Currie takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Currie ducks under a wild hook from Stanislov.

Stanislov takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Currie slips under a jab.
Currie scores with a sloppy right hand. Stanislov should have avoided that one.
Currie misses with a combination
and Stanislov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Currie moves away from the strike by Stanislov.
Stanislov moves out of range as Currie strikes.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Stanislov misses the body punch
and Currie counters with a stiff right hand.
Currie misses with a takedown attempt - Stanislov sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Stanislov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Currie was well out of range. Poor timing from Stanislov.
Stanislov rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Currie counter with a right hand.
Currie blocks a jab.
Stanislov misses with a left hand
and Currie counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Stanislov takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Stanislov misses the shot to the body.

Currie dives in and scores a takedown into Stanislov's guard.
Stanislov wants to sweep here but Currie controlling him for the moment.

Currie is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Currie is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Stanislov is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Stanislov has escaped and now he's on top!
Currie wants to sweep but no luck.

Currie has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Stanislov should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Currie has tightened it up now! Stanislov should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
