The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valentine looks to throw the jab but Osborn is out of range.
Osborn closes the distance but Valentine moves to the side
and Valentine connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Osborn takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

It looks like Norman Osborn has been cut.
Valentine throws a body punch but Osborn moves out of range.
Osborn closes the distance looking to clinch
and Valentine counters with a straight right hand.
A punch lands to the side of Osborn 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Osborn tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Valentine counters with a nice low kick that buckles Osborn's knee momentarily.

Valentine throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Norman Osborn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Valentine lands a leg kick that knocks Osborn off balance momentarily.
A left lands for Valentine.
Osborn fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Valentine avoids it really well and circles away.

and Valentine makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Valentine closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Osborn! Valentine dives in looking to finish! Osborn is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
