Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Agamemnon Coon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Mccaughan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Coon shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Mccaughan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Coon doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Mccaughan counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Mccaughan misses with a body shot.
Coon takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Coon has his takedown stuffed
and Mccaughan counters with a nice body shot.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Agamemnon Coon. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Mccaughan tries to bum rush Coon with a series of wild strikes but Coon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Mccaughan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Coon. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Mccaughan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

letting Mccaughan counter with a right hand.
A solid leg kick lands there for Mccaughan.
Coon takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Nice body punch from Mccaughan.
Coon walks into a jab.
Mccaughan scores with a crisp jab that stopped Coon in his tracks.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Mccaughan.
Agamemnon Coon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mccaughan throws a shot to the body.
Mccaughan throws a combination. Coon tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Mccaughan is working the combinations to good effect here.

Mccaughan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Mccaughan dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Nice body punch from Mccaughan.
Coon takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
An inside leg kick lands from Mccaughan.
Coon on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Mccaughan closes the distance and pushes Coon back into the cage.
Mccaughan stalling in the clinch.

Mccaughan's jab looks to have found its range, popping Coon under the eye.
Coon misses with a takedown
and Mccaughan counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Mccaughan drops Coon with a beautiful combination! Coon stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mccaughan is looking for the KO!
Coon is rocked!
Coon looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Oh Coon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mccaughan drives through and clinches with Coon against the cage.
Mccaughan manages to break the clinch.
Mccaughan lands with an overhand left.
Mccaughan catches Coon with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Coon forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
