The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, John Roberts and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brozun swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Caine counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Brozun misses with a series of wild punches.

and Caine cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

enabling Caine to counter with a crisp jab.
Caine tries to bum rush Brozun with a series of wild strikes but Brozun uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Brozun misses with a wild combination.
Caine drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Caine stands up.
Caine throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Brozun counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Brozun tries to clinch up but Caine circles away and keeps his distance.

Caine shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Caine is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Caine thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Caine wants to stand but Brozun is controlling his posture from full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Caine is pushing down on Brozun's leg trying to pass to half guard. Brozun is fighting to maintain full guard but Caine has managed to sneak the leg through.
Caine wants to pass the guard but Brozun is defending well.
Caine is trying to work for a kimura but Brozun is defending well.

Caine tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Brozun.

Caine is keen to just control but Brozun is a slippery customer.
