Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rey Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Lauzon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griffin's entrance music is Bad Meets Evil - Fast Lane. A fine choice. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sam Lauzon!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Skip Squint and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Lauzon counters with a stiff right hand.
Griffin tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Lauzon counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lauzon takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Griffin fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Lauzon checks it well.
Griffin looks to clinch
and Lauzon counters with a huge left! Griffin is in big trouble! He's backing up but Lauzon isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Griffin from any more damage. A dominating finish by Lauzon!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sam Lauzon!
