Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Louie Cane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felipe Trajillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Louie Cane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Felipe Trajillo!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Luis Engracia and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trajillo lands a left and a right that send Cane crashing to the mat, dazed. Trajillo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Louie Cane has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Trajillo lands a jab to Cane's midsection.
The fighters circling - Cane throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A shot to the liver by Cane. Beautiful body shot.
Trajillo throws a right and a left that Cane avoids nicely.

Cane blocks a head kick by Trajillo.
Cane misses with a hook. Trajillo ducked under it nicely.
Trajillo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

and Cane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Trajillo throws a looping overhand right but Cane ducks down to avoid it.

and Cane counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Felipe Trajillo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cane takes a swing at Trajillo's ribcage but misses.
Cane loads up on a big right hand but Trajillo slips the punch.
Cane takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Trajillo swinging wildly here.
Trajillo throws a head kick but Cane moves out of range.
Trajillo takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Cane misses the shot to the body.
Trajillo jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Trajillo, as that shot connected.

Trajillo rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Cane counters with a straight right hand.
Trajillo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cane.
Cane is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Trajillo.
Cane thows a left - swing and a miss!
Trajillo tries a low kick but Cane avoids it.
Cane throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Trajillo tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Cane is in Trajillo's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Trajillo wants to stand and escape but Cane is having none of it.
Trajillo looks gassed!
Cane controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Cane pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Trajillo is keeping the position for now.
Cane looking to sit in guard and control but Trajillo gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Cane wants to sweep here but Trajillo controlling him for the moment.
Trajillo working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Trajillo throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Trajillo makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Trajillo trying to move into half guard but instead Cane has managed to sweep!

Trajillo wants to stand but Cane is controlling the position.
Cane stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Trajillo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Cane not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Trajillo keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cane. Trajillo does a little dance to reset his feet.
Trajillo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Cane counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Trajillo is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Cane scores with a couple of nice shots.
Cane is looking for a kimura here.
Trajillo is trying to maintain the position but Cane is very close to passing his half guard.
Cane is looking to take a break and control but Trajillo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Trajillo is looking to control Cane's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Trajillo avoid being mounted?
Cane is just content to waste time from the top position. Trajillo takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Trajillo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Cane is aware though and is defending well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Cane controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Cane stands and throws Trajillo's legs to the side, diving into side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Louie Cane will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Louie Cane's cut.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Cane misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nice straight punches there by Cane. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Cane.
Trajillo shoots in but Cane avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Cane counters with a nice uppercut.
Felipe Trajillo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Good standup being displayed there by Cane as he connects with a hook.
Cane slips a jab and a cross from Trajillo.
Trajillo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Trajillo throws a right and a left that Cane avoids nicely.
Cane takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
