Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Iii tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Silva manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Silva tries for a takedown but Iii circles away easily
and Iii moves into the clinch.
Iii breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Silva gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Iii holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Iii breaks the clinch.
Silva shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Iii holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anderson Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Silva fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Iii's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Silva throws a lazy head kick
and Iii counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Iii.

Iii pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Iii circles away from the clinch attempt
and Iii holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Silva fails to pull guard.
Silva tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Iii just stands there and leans against the ropes.
Silva is looking to control Iii's arms but Iii gets an underhook and turns him. Now Silva has his back to the ropes.
Silva takes a knee right on the jaw!
Iii drops Silva with a big knee straight up the middle! Silva is covering up against the ropes but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Silva is rocked!
It looks like Anderson Silva has been cut.
Iii closes the distance and clinches.
Oh Silva is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Iii has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Silva - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Iii, and another! Silva is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
