Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Edson Gomes and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson moves forwards but Sobral connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Sobral swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Wilson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Sobral falls off balance throwing a combination
and Wilson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Renato Sobral has been cut.
Wilson scores with a takedown into Sobral's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wilson lands a couple of digs.

Sobral knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wilson on the ground.
Wilson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Wilson feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sobrals jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Sobral takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Wilson lands a big head kick that sends Sobral tumbling to the mat! Wilson takes a step backwards and waves Sobral back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Sobral is rocked!
Renato Sobral's cut is getting worse.
Wilson catches Sobral napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Sobral to the canvas!
Oh Sobral is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wilson pushes down on Sobral's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Wilson lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Sobral seems to have got his legs back now.

Wilson content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Wilson not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Wilson passes to side control.
Sobral takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Renato Sobral's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Wilson fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Wilson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Sobral, who protects the arm well.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Renato Sobral's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
