Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack El Capitan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack El Capitan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 8 - 1, fighting out of London, Ricardo Jones! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! El Capitan misses with an uppercut
and Jones counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for El Capitan! El Capitan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if El Capitan tries to get out of the position. El Capitan is in a horrible position here. Jones smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
El Capitan is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Jones working for a guillotine from mount but El Capitan is in no mood to give up. Jones jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but El Capitan manages to avoid the submission attempt. El Capitan struggling a bit here. Jones is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. El Capitan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. El Capitan wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jones has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! El Capitan is trying to get back to half guard. Jones is looking to take a break and control but El Capitan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Jones might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control El Capitan kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. El Capitan manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. El Capitan wants to get back to his feet.
Jones throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Jones trying to control the action but El Capitan is working from the bottom. El Capitan throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Jones is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! El Capitan tries to hold on but Jones postures up. Jones wants to control the pace but El Capitan is squirming around nicely. Jones jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but El Capitan manages to avoid the submission attempt. Jones is working to tighten is grip on El Capitan's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. El Capitan has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Jones is really squeezing tight and eventually El Capitan passes out! Jones breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Ricardo Jones!
