Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Richard Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fong Sai Yuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Simmons comes to the cage accompanied by No More Pain. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Fong Sai Yuk!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simmons lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

It looks like Fong Sai Yuk has been cut.
Simmons connects with a solid leg kick.
An inside leg kick from Simmons misses.
Sai Yuk shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Simmons counters with a nice low kick that buckles Sai Yuk's knee momentarily.

Simmons stuns Sai Yuk with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Simmons throws a lazy right hand but Sai Yuk sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Sai Yuk blocks a low kick nicely.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

and Sai Yuk counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Simmons has hold of Sai Yuk's hands but Sai Yuk slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Sai Yuk wants to take a breather but Simmons is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sai Yuk is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Sai Yuk thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sai Yuk stalling.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Simmons tries to roll over but Sai Yuk keeps him under control.
Sai Yuk looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Simmons with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Simmons is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Sai Yuk thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Simmons's head.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Simmons wants to get back to his feet.
Sai Yuk content to control rather than advance.
Simmons wants to improve his position but Sai Yuk is controlling well.
Sai Yuk missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Fong Sai Yuk showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! And we move into the final round!

Sai Yuk shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Simmons throws a leg kick that misses.
Simmons scoring well with a low kick there.
Simmons throws a nice outside leg kick.
Simmons throws a head kick but Sai Yuk moves out of range.
Sai Yuk uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Simmons.

Richard Simmons is winning the standup battle so far.
Simmons misses with a double jab.
Simmons lands with a nice combination. Sai Yuk backs away looking to recover.
Simmons tries a head kick but it misses.
Simmons pivots, looking for a leg kick but Sai Yuk is out of range and Simmons settles back down.

Sai Yuk shoots and misses
and Simmons counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

That has opened up Fong Sai Yuk's cut even more.
Simmons misses with a hook.
Simmons misses with a low kick.
Simmons misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sai Yuk.
Simmons fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Sai Yuk keeps the fight on the outside.
Simmons pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Sai Yuk back to the cage. Simmons follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Sai Yuk ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fong Sai Yuk's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Simmons connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Sai Yuk takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Fong Sai Yuk's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
