Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jose Canseco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johannes Rotmensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Fedor Mirinova and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canseco ducks right into an uppercut from Rotmensen.
Johannes Rotmensen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Canseco makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Canseco shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rotmensen as he jumps to the side.

and Canseco counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Canseco takes a swing at Rotmensen's ribcage but misses.

Canseco throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Rotmensen is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Canseco .

Canseco closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Rotmensen's guard.

Rotmensen throws out a loose jab but Canseco uses good head movement to avoid it.
Canseco walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Rotmensen lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Canseco uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rotmensen.

and Canseco counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Canseco is nestled in close to Rotmensen, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Canseco seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Rotmensen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Canseco postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Rotmensen looks a forlorn figure.
Canseco postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Rotmensen in real trouble here! The ref calls for Rotmensen to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jose Canseco !
