Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Watt misses with a left hand so Bassett counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Bassett stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Watt swivels though and keeps the full guard. Watt wants to get back to his feet but Bassett is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Bassett sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Watt's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bassett has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Watt defend it? Bassett steps over the head and cranks it - Watt is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Bassett!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Bertie Bassett!
