The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Badass shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Davidson counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Badass looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Davidson is nestled in close to Badass, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Davidson in particular looking to stall.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Davidson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Badass with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
