Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between William Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Werner Klemperer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, William Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Werner Klemperer! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Lou da Vinci and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Klemperer showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Miller.
Left hook, right uppercut from Miller. Klemperer misses with a head kick.
Klemperer wants to clinch up but Miller keeps it at a distance. Klemperer tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Miller lands a nice looking body kick. Miller throws a head kick that misses. Miller stalks Klemperer and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Klemperer's face. Klemperer staggers backwards, shaken. Klemperer shoots in looking for a takedown. Miller tries to sprawl out of it but Klemperer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Miller manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Klemperer lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Miller has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Miller and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Miller uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Klemperer. Miller darts in and clinches Klemperer up against the cage. Still in the clinch, Miller scores with a nice short uppercut. Miller breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. A combination from Miller does no damage. Klemperer closes the distance and clinches up with Miller, looking for a takedown. Klemperer pushes Miller against the cage but Miller circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Klemperer connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Miller throws a right hand that Klemperer ducks under and follows up with a left that Klemperer also avoids with ease. Klemperer misses with a low kick. Klemperer wants to clinch and Miller counters with a takedown into side control. Klemperer tries to bench press Miller off him but Miller keeps the position. Miller throws an elbow but Klemperer slips to the side and avoids it well. Klemperer takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Klemperer looking for a kimura from the bottom but Miller passes into side control! Klemperer looks gassed! Miller misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Miller takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Klemperer is trying to get back to full guard. Klemperer is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Miller scores with a head kick.
Klemperer tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Miller counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Klemperer is trying to get back to full guard. Miller is thwarting Klemperer's attempts to control the position. Miller missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller drops an elbow to the side of Klemperer's head. Miller working the head and body with strikes. Klemperer keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Klemperer is looking to improve his position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Klemperer misses with a takedown and Miller counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. William Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Werner Klemperer. Miller misses with the combination.
Klemperer tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Miller counters with a head kick. Miller jabbing away but nothing is landing. Klemperer throws a leg kick that is checked and Miller counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Klemperer's guard now. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Miller throws and elbow that misses. Klemperer uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Miller's guard. Nice move by Klemperer! Klemperer trying to control but Miller is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
William Miller dominated that round. That's time! Miller's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Klemperer with a lazy takedown attempt and Miller counters with a straight right hand. Miller shoots in but Klemperer avoids the takedown attempt easily. Klemperer misses with a takedown and Miller counters with a two punch combo. A right-left combo lands from Miller. Klemperer tries to clinch and Miller counters with a left and a right that stings Klemperer. Klemperer looks to clinch and Miller counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Klemperer wants to clinch but Miller slips to the side and Miller counters by moving into the clinch. Miller lands a damaging elbow. Miller tries for a takedown. No joy.
Miller is working for takedown but Klemperer is calmly controlling the position for now. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for William Miller. That's going to take a lot out of him. Miller is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Klemperer is keeping busy. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Miller pushes off an throws an elbow but Klemperer leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Miller tries for a takedown but Klemperer manages to get underhooks.

Klemperer jabbing away but nothing is landing. Klemperer thows a body shot but no joy. Klemperer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Miller moves away. Klemperer takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
William Miller is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Klemperer darts in trying to clinch and Miller counters with a series of strikes. Klemperer will be more careful next time no doubt. Klemperer clinches but Miller breaks the clinch and Miller counters with a head kick. That will keep Klemperer thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Klemperer doesn't succeed with the takedown and Miller counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Klemperer gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Miller counters with a nice body kick. Klemperer throws a leg kick and Miller cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Klemperer throws a lazy head kick and Miller makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Klemperer gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Miller counters with a nice body shot. Miller throws a one two combo.

Miller is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Miller is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Klemperer.
