Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dude McWrestler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Stephenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McWrestler comes to the cage accompanied by Dude - Tenacious D. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Reed Andrews and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for McWrestler, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
McWrestler thuds a left hand into Stephenson's body.
Stephenson walks into a left hand.
McWrestler circles away from the clinch attempt
and McWrestler counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Stephenson on the wrong end of a nice hook.
McWrestler thuds his right hand into Stephenson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
McWrestler gets a double leg takedown into Stephenson's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
McWrestler is looking to work some ground and pound but Stephenson has wrist control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stephenson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. McWrestler stacks Stephenson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by McWrestler!
Stephenson is working to avoid the ground and pound but McWrestler connects with a decent elbow.
McWrestler lands a strong strike to the head of Stephenson. That's dazed him! McWrestler looking to finish here. Stephenson is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - McWrestler lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dude McWrestler!
