Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Badger Wiganer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Hardy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Badger Wiganer!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wiganer wants to clinch
and Hardy counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Wiganer shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hardy sprawls well. Hardy wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wiganer gets slowly back to his feet.
Wiganer closes the distance and clinches up with Hardy, looking for a takedown. Wiganer pushes Hardy against the cage but Hardy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Wiganer should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Dan Hardy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Badger Wiganer.
Wiganer looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hardy is fending him off so far but Wiganer persists. Nope, Hardy circles away and we're back to standing.

Wiganer is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Hardy defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Wiganer lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dan Hardy dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Wiganer wants to clinch up but Hardy keeps it at a distance.

Hardy gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wiganer to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Wiganer throws a sloppy head kick and Hardy moves out of range easily.
Hardy shoots in looking for a takedown but Wiganer manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hardy's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Hardy pushes Wiganer off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Hardy throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Wiganer tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hardy is in Wiganer's guard.
Hardy not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Wiganer is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wiganer is in close to Hardy's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Hardy wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Wiganer manages to pass to side control.
Wiganer uses his free foot to push down on Hardy's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Hardy.
Hardy tries to lock up and control but Wiganer gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Wiganer throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Hardy has his hands clasped together but Wiganer breaks the hold and Hardy is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Wiganer!
