Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Donatello Vucci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pentti Pena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pentti Pena has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Donatello Vucci's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Donatello Vucci! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Pentti Pena! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vucci throws a lazy uppercut
and Pena counters with a stiff right hand. Vucci swings for the body but Pena moves out of range.
Pena shoots for a takedown but Vucci saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Pena bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The ground and pound from Pena seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Vucci wants to control but Pena postures up. Pena trying to control the position but Vucci is working away. Pena throws an elbow but Vucci slips to the side and avoids it well. Pena sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Vucci is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Vucci tries to improve position but can't. Pena cracks Vucci with a big elbow. Pena working the ground and pound but Vucci is defending the strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pena wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Vucci, who protects the arm well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pena throws a strike aimed at the side of Vucci's head but Vucci avoids it well. Pena connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Vucci some visible discomfort.
Pena looks up at the clock and then as Vucci takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Pena smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
It looks like Donatello Vucci has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Pena is looking to take a break and control but Vucci is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Pena in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pena is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Vucci looks calm but he's in trouble here. Pena gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Vucci is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Pena lets go of the hold and Vucci can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Pentti Pena!
