The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Armstrong. No joy for Suarez on that attempt.
A head kick misses from Suarez.
Armstrong darts in trying to clinch
and Suarez decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Armstrong's guard.
Suarez stands and steps away. Armstrong gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
No joy there for Suarez, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Suarez counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Suarez.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Rocky Suarez wasn't active enough on the ground.

and Suarez counters with a three punch combo that has Armstrong backing up. Armstrong nods at Suarez to acknowledge the strikes.

and Suarez counters with an inside leg kick.

and Suarez counters with a nice double leg into side control. Armstrong won't be happy with that.
