The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowron scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Anderson doesn't seem bothered though.
Bowron throws a leg kick but Anderson sees it coming and moves out of range.
Anderson with a lazy takedown attempt
and Bowron counters with a right hand to the body.
Bowron lands with a shot to the body.
Anderson is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bowron misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Anderson.
Bowron sends Anderson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Bowron is motioning to the referee to let Anderson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Anderson is rocked!
It looks like Marc Anderson has been cut.
Bowron clinches up against the cage.
Oh Anderson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bowron unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Anderson! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Bowron is unloading with more strikes now! Anderson drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ross Bowron!
