The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Ivanov does no damage.
Ivanov misses with a series of wild punches.
Ivanov moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Othella with a poor takedown
and Ivanov counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Othella's guard now.
Othella has a closed guard, preventing Ivanov from standing up.
Ivanov throwing strikes from guard but Othella blocks nicely.
Ivanov wants to control from the top but Othella keeps moving.
Othella working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ivanov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ivanov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ivanov throws a sloppy strike and Othella has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! Ivanov is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Othella!
