Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Peeeers Mies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Norris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chuck Norris will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mies with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Norris to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Peeeers Mies has been cut.
Norris rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mies moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Norris misses with a body shot.
Norris lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Norris will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Mies shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Norris's guard.
Mies is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Mies manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Norris on his heels. He'll look to pass Norris's guard now, I'm sure.
Mies slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Norris is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Mies feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
