Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bryann Melebo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Daniel Santos!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, John Mangel and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Melebo.
Santos tries a head kick but it misses.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Melebo, as that shot connected.
Melebo circles away from the clinch attempt.
Melebo stuns Santos with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Santos wants to clinch but Melebo slips to the side
and Melebo counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Santos is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Melebo connects with a crisp jab.
Melebo takes a swing at Santos's ribcage but misses.
Santos lands a left and a right that sends Melebo crashing to the canvas! Santos dives into mount looking to finish!
It looks like Bryann Melebo has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Melebo is in a horrible position here. Santos smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Melebo is rocked!
Santos postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Melebo in real trouble here! The ref calls for Melebo to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daniel Santos!
