Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stampler doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Stampler bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Endymion tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Stampler wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Endymion is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Endymion is looking for a sweep.

Endymion makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Endymion.
Stampler trying to control but Endymion is working from the bottom.
Stampler slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Stampler looking to sit in guard and control but Endymion gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Endymion decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Stampler drives through and clinches with Endymion against the cage.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Endymion is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Endymion has his foot on Stampler's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Stampler works his way back into a safe position though.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Stampler shoots in for a takedown but Endymion shows good takedown defense.
Endymion tries to clinch but Stampler moves out of range.
Stampler closes this distance looking for a takedown but Endymion circles away.
Stampler lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Endymion lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Stampler backs up against the cage.
Stampler shoots in for a double leg but Endymion sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Gavriil Endymion has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aaron Stampler.

Endymion tries to bum rush Stampler with a series of wild strikes but Stampler uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A left and a right from Endymion both land. Nice combination.
Endymion keeps the fight on the outside.
Stampler shoots in and drives through. Endymion sprawls well.
Endymion lands with a nice combination. Stampler backs away looking to recover.
A nice inside leg kick there by Stampler. That's going to slow Endymion down.

Stampler clinches up against the cage.
Stampler throws a knee to the head but misses.
Endymion gets underhooks to prevent Stampler's takedown attempt.

Stampler drags the fight down to the ground.
Stampler is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That was a close round but I would say that Gavriil Endymion will probably get the nod.

Endymion rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stampler moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Stampler feints and as Endymion raises his hands in defense, Stampler changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Endymion manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Stampler manages to get himself to full guard.

Endymion drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Stampler dives on top into guard.

Stampler is pushing down on Endymion's leg trying to pass to half guard. Endymion is fighting to maintain full guard but Stampler has managed to sneak the leg through.

Stampler is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Endymion has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Stampler is looking to defend but Endymion has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Stampler! Endymion pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Stampler taps out and this one is all over!
