The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Awesome tries for a takedown but Dos Santos sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Awesome changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dos Santos tries to avoid it but Awesome manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dos Santos to the ground. Dos Santos escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Dos Santos has managed to clinch.
Dos Santos wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Awesome has him pressed against the cage.
Awesome has Dos Santos pressed against the cage, preventing Dos Santos from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Awesome tries to score a body lock takedown but Dos Santos shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
