Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lyoja Masiina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akaki Murasa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lyoja Masiina has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Lyoja Masiina! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Akaki Murasa! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Masiina closes this distance looking for a takedown but Murasa circles away. Murasa throws a sloppy head kick and Masiina moves out of range easily. Masiina is looking to clinch but Murasa is avoiding it.
Murasa tries to close the distance and clinch up but Masiina swats him away and circles back towards the center. Murasa moves into the clinch successfully.
Masiina throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Murasa blocks it with crossed arms. Murasa wants to stall.

Murasa had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Masiina is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Murasa Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Masiina's back instead. Masiina wants to escape the position.

Masiina remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Murasa will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Masiina is trying to get back to his feet but Murasa has full control of the position and if anything, Masiina has just worked his way into a worse spot. You can see the frustration on Masiina's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Murasa gets caught flat footed, as Masiina shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Murasa is on top in guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Murasa is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Masiina's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Masiina's back! Murasa is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Masiina has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Masiina trying to control the position but Murasa manages to sink in the hooks. Murasa is looking for the choke from the back position but Masiina is controlling his hands well. Masiina tries to escape but Murasa has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Murasa is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Masiina is defending well though. Murasa let's go of the attempt for now. Masiina preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Murasa. Lyoja Masiina has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! And that's the end of the fight! Akaki Murasa comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Murasa has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
